Our gallery auctions at Dilworth Ln are the first week of each month and our gallery auctions at W Main St are the last week of each month, and run online at www.TheLigonCompany.com. During that time we have an open house so buyers can preview the items prior to bidding. Our staff handles all photos, cataloging and accounting. We will list the items you bring and send a breakdown post auction. Our fee is 35% with $5 Minimum Commission.
*** Due to limited space, items we may not accept at the Gallery include used clothing, shoes, accessories (belts, purses, wallets, gloves), particle board furniture, entertainment centers, used appliances, general kitchenware (pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc.), exercise equipment, sporting goods, pillows / linens, mattresses, infant/toddler/children’s toys, stuffed animals, games & accessories (unless determined to be collectible or antique), print media such as cookbooks, magazines, encyclopedias, electronics more than 5 yrs old, general lawn & garden items, ‘out of season’ seasonal décor, general hand tools (unless new). Power tools must be in good, like new & working condition with all parts and manuals.
At your appointment you will need to unpack and list your items. We can recommend movers for large or heavy items. Items may be listed in advance and brought to your appointment. Please pay attention to the guidelines, noting items must be in working condition, contain all of their parts and pieces, and are free of chips, scratches, stains and rips. All items must be clean, dusted and polished if applicable. Any upholstered furniture must be free of any tears, stains or pet damage. Items that smell of cigarette smoke will not be accepted. We recognize some situations are unique, and we are happy to discuss ways in which we can meet your specific needs
